Just a friendly reminder that our first webinar of 2026 is happening this evening from 7:30pm–8:30pm. We’re delighted to be joined by Dr Deirdre Lundy, Clinical Lead of the Complex Menopause Clinic at the National Maternity Hospital, and Victoria Jones, Menopause Specialist Pharmacist, Bonnybrook Pharmacy. Together, they’ll be going back to basics on menopause and exploring management options, including common problems and practical troubleshooting.

Welcome to our first Monthly Update of 2026. As we begin a new year, we would like to wish all our members a very Happy New Year. Read about the latest news from the Menopause Society of Ireland, along with a summary on recent research in the field of menopause and mid-life health.

This will include practical updates on medication shortages, prescribing dilemmas, and advice on managing these challenges in practice, drawing on the expertise of our fantastic pharmacy colleagues.
