Dr Aoife Nic Shamhráin

Dr. Aoife Nic Shamhráin, a graduate of University College Dublin, is a passionate advocate for women's health. After training as a GP, she moved to Australia, where her interest in women's health flourished.

She is a BMS Accredited Menopause Specialist and Trainer, a member of the ICGP and fellow of the RACGP. Aoife holds the Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology from RCOG.

She serves as Assistant Scheme Director for the ICGP UCD-DML Training Scheme and co-hosts the new Irish podcast "Lady Bites," empowering women with essential information about their health.
