Dr Nicola Cochrane
Nicola graduated from UCD Medicine 1993 and trained in General Practice completing MRCGP in Edinburgh 1998.
A founding Principal of Carrig Clinic in Greystones Co Wicklow, Nicola continued training and experience in Sexual & Reproductive Health Care while managing her GP Practice. She has expertise in Forensic and Legal Medicine and has worked as a Forensic Medical Examiner in Rotunda SATU and with Spirasi Dublin.
She works in Benign Gynae Clinics for Mirena IUD and Complex Menopause Clinic in National Maternity Hospital, Dublin. She has continued active Membership of British Menopause Society, Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Health, RCOG Affiliate and RCGP.
She is a GP Trainer, sits on ICGP Academic Council and provides education and training for GPs as both a LARC trainer and BMS Menopause Trainer.
